How to sign in to Bons

1. Open the official Bons website through our Bons link. Bookmark it, so you do not have to search for it next time.
2. Click Log in in the top corner.
3. Type the email you used at registration and your password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
4. Complete any extra check that appears, such as a code sent by SMS or email.
5. Press the sign-in button. Your balance and name appear in the header once you are in.

How to register a new Bons account

Registration is a single form. Fill it in with real details, because they are compared with your documents before you can withdraw.

1. Click Sign up on the official site.
2. Enter your email address and a password of at least 8 characters with letters and numbers.
3. Add your mobile number with the +91 code; the form rejects numbers without the country code.
4. Fill in your first and last name, gender and address (country, city, postcode, street) as on your ID, and create a username of 4 to 12 Latin letters.
5. Select the account currency; Indian rupees (INR) are supported.
6. Leave the bonus code field empty unless you have a code: the 200% welcome bonus works without one.
7. Confirm you are 18 or older, accept the terms and submit. Then confirm your email and phone with the codes Bons sends.

Social login

Besides email and password, you can log in to Bons with an account from a popular social network: Google, Twitter or Yahoo. It is a much easier and faster way to complete registration, because part of the form is filled in from your social profile and you can skip the password.

Two things to bear in mind if you use it: you must always sign in with the same social account you registered with, and losing access to that social account can lock you out of Bons as well. Adding a password to your Bons profile, if the option exists, gives you a backup route.

Forgot your password?

Click Forgot password in the login window and enter the email linked to your account. A reset link arrives within a few minutes; open it on the same device, set a new password and sign in. If nothing arrives, check spam and promotions folders, and make sure you typed the email you registered with.

Bons also lets you restore access through your confirmed phone number. If you have lost both the email and the password, write to support. They will usually ask you to confirm your identity with the documents from verification. Details on the Bons support page.

Login problems and blocked access

Most failed logins have a simple cause:

• Wrong details. Check Caps Lock, the keyboard language and spaces copied with the email.
• Too many attempts. Accounts are often locked for a while after repeated wrong passwords. Wait, then reset the password instead of guessing.
• Account blocked by the operator. Possible causes include duplicate accounts, unfinished verification or a disputed payment. Ask support for the reason in writing.
• Self-exclusion. If you set a cooling-off period or self-exclusion, the account stays closed until it ends; that is the purpose of the tool.

Keep your account safe

• Use a password you do not use anywhere else, and turn on two-step verification if Bons offers it ([OFFICIAL: two-factor authentication availability]).
• Only log in on the official domain. Copy sites that imitate the Bons login exist, and links in messages or ads are a common trap.
• Never share your password or SMS codes, including with someone who says they are from support.
• Log out on shared computers and do not let the browser save your password there.
• Keep one account only; duplicates can be closed with their balances.
